Project Coordinators and Researchers of the Balkan Periodicals Project Pay Visit to the relevant persons and institutions in Greece

Within the framework of the Balkan Periodicals Project, our project coordinator Dr. Ahmet Köroğlu and our Greece regional researchers Dr. Hamdi Çilingir and Rıdvan Topçu held a number of meetings with relevant persons and institutions in Greece. In this context, the project delegation met with İbrahim Şerif, Mufti of Komotini; Mustafa Trampa, Mufti of Xanthi; and his deputy Ahmet Hraloğlu; Hüseyin Bostancı, President of the Western Thrace Minority Culture and Education Company (BAKEŞ) and members of its Executive Board; members of the Executive Board of the Xanthi Turkish Union; and Mehmet Emin Ahmet, President of BİHLİMDER.
